One of the best properties in the Alexandria areasubmitted by Arlando S. - |Recommended: YesConvient to everything.
Great Place Awesome Spacesubmitted by Christian H. - |Recommended: YesLiving here is convenient, for those who need to commute into DC as the complex is literally across the street from a metro station. They also have a grocerie store, pharmacy, movie theater, and lots of restaurants all within a 10 min walk. The place is also very safe and secure with high security as the Patent Office and some federal buildings are just a few blocks away. The internal parking garage for tenants has enough space for everyone. I also have no complaints about management or staff, they are timely and helpful. Being close to the metro stop the building does a decent job reducing the noise of the trains passing by, but if you are a extremely light sleeper like me, you might have to buy ear plugs.
Nice Place to Livesubmitted by Heidi M. - |Recommended: YesI have lived here since December 2016 and enjoy the apartment. My only pet peeve is that all electrical outlets are upside down,.. so placing night lights in outlets or Scentsy warmers cannot be used.
Love life at Meridian Eisenhowersubmitted by Miranda D. - |Recommended: Yesthe community is friendly and professional, quiet and respectful. the location is great and the apartment management does fun programming for residents. highly recommend
Comfortable place to live in a city environmentsubmitted by Kendra J. - |Recommended: YesIt's a comfortable place. The windows could be better insulated to retain heat and lower heating costs. Overall this is a great place to live. The addition of more customer serving retail would be nice.

Great Property submitted by Alex H. - |Recommended: YesLiving heard is very comfortable and safe. The closes feeling I get to home away from home. The staff is excellent and very friendly and I enjoy the other residents that live here. I highly recommend this place
Too high of rent for amenities providedsubmitted by Jessica D. - |Recommended: NoThe amount of rent for the amenities provided is not worth it. The fan in the apartment is extremely cheap. The appliances are average not stainless steel and the use of electric and water items are not efficient. Our utilities have never been this high in other comparable apartments in the area. We are extremely conscious with our use of electricity and water, yet our utilities are an expensive bill every month. The washer dryer and water heater air conditioner need to be updated and replaced with more modern and efficient products to save residents money. The parking costs are outrageous, with no guarantee of a good parking spot every night. The cost for visitors to park for the day or night is too high. We are paying a lot to live in this apartment and there really aren't many benefits for us as residents. Committing to more time here at this apartment will actually cost us more monthly our rent goes up instead of getting a discount for staying longer with your company . For being considered a luxury branded apartment, there is no luxurious features within the apartment itself. The lobby area may be nice, but that's not what I'm living in each day. Many updates need to be made in order for this to be considered a luxury apartment.

Pretty good overallsubmitted by Timothy H. - |Recommended: YesThe only thing that I would consider to be less than optimal is the train noise which is SUPER loud and price. Other than that, it's a pretty good place to live
Wonderful pace to livesubmitted by Kari B. - |Recommended: YesI absolutely loved my time at this apartment complex and was sad that I had to leave because of work. Meridian at Eisenhower have great facilities with an amazing staff. Community events are a nice touch which allow for meeting neighbors and enjoy the great spaces in the building.
Great location, nice apartments, great staff.submitted by Jeffrey A. - |Recommended: YesGreat location for metro and vehicle access. Metro side of complex can be noisy, so ensure that is known and negotiated with price. You do get use to it like all other noise. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance very responsive and have fixed every concern no matter how big or little. Gym is solid and nice pool if you like that kind of thing. The monthly socials are fun.
Comfortable place to live.submitted by Christine T. - |Recommended: YesQuiet - except for the metro. Pleasant. Clean. Not in walking distance to a full grocery store.

Very Nice, People are pleasant. Good Atmospheresubmitted by Ardrena B. - |Recommended: YesI would say, Im still here. I am hoping in the future there may be roll in showers for the people in wheelchairs as well as adjustable height cabinets A dire need to maintain independence Last but not least. Accessible gym equipment. EX a seat adjustable stationary bike for a wheel chair user and and accessible stationary erg machine for a person who does not use their legs. The sensor light in the elevator is too high for a wheelchair person. Door closes and u can't reach to wave your arm at the red light. Just a few things the ADA does not require but is needed by a wheelchair user
response from property -Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback with us. We are always happy to accept and make reasonable accommodation and modification request. With the insight you have provided, we were able to reach out to our elevator company and make an adjustment to the length of time residents have while entering the elevator. We hope that you are able to see an immediate improvement. We are also looking into options for the fitness center and are happy to discuss any other requests you may have. Thank you for your continued residency and feel free to reach out to our property manager with any other questions or concerns. Sincerely, Taryn S.
First class apartment -- highly recommend submitted by John R. - |Recommended: YesI highly recommend Meridian at Eisenhower Station. The leasing office, the maintenance team, the Concierge, everyone...all top notch. I rented sight unseen and Meridian far exceeded my expectations. The location is quiet...never hear my neighbors or much outside noise. Walking distance to plenty of amenities. The apartments are really nice and spacious. The units on the front offer nice views of the Potomac River. It's also nice to be so close to the Metro 2-minute walk . Or a one minute sprint.
Excellent and Recommendedsubmitted by Casey F. - |Recommended: YesI truly enjoyed living at the Meridian at Eisenhower Station. Although there were some maintenance issues that came up throughout my stay, the maintenance team responded immediately and all of the issues were handled within the hour. A few of my favorite things about the community would be the gym, staff, location, and mail process. Overall, the quality of fixtures and building material are high. One negative thing I would say would about the apartment complex would be the noise. I live right near the courtyard, which is parallel to the metro. Although I can hear the metro, I have gotten use to it and it does not bother me anymore.
