|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live And Most Reasonable In Price Compared To Other Buildings — Overall would recommend to others. The units are nice and wide, and I love how well I can't hear my neighbors. And the parking situation is a huge plus fob access, underground, with elevator access It seems to be a hard find these days, especially around the neighborhood. And the maintenance staff is on top of their job
The building is a work in progress with some construction going on, but I hope they make a few changes in the near future The elevators are a little janky and scratched up the gym is a bit outdated—would love a StairMaster—and the carpets throughout the building are frayed or stained.

I love the style of the place and the location cannot be beat.
Everything you need is in walking distance.
There is a temporary issue with a noisy water pipe, but I'm told they are working on it.
Would definitely recommend this apartment building to anyone.

|Recommended: YesPlumbing Issue — A big shout out to Terri and Peter for addressing the leak and the water spout fixture in my bathroom in a timely manner. They even cleaned up the floor tiles afterwards. Friendly atmosphere added with professionalism made it an excellent service. Thank you and keep it up.

Hello Terrence. We're sorry to hear that your central heating may not work as expected. If you believe your central heating is not working, please visit or contact the leasing office or submit a maintenance request through the Resident Portal as soon as possible. Our maintenance team will be happy to come by and inspect your heating system to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

|Recommended: YesThe Best Place To Live — We just moved into this apartment and we are loving it, the leasing office made our move so easy everyone is friendly starting from the concierge to the management, and the unit is clean. so far so good feels like home already.

|Recommended: YesOverall Great Choice — I gave four rather than five because there's always areas that can be improved. Parking can get crowded, sometimes people need to be reminded to clean up after their pets. Despite the shortcomings, overall, everything is well maintained and the staff is really responsive. The units are nice, the facilities are nice, and the community has been welcoming. I like it, and I would recommend it if someone was looking for a reasonable price, safe neighborhood, and good location.

|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — Just moved in, so far so good. The staff who maintains the building are very nice and helpful. Would be nice to have a trash collector by the elevators and you also need to paint the elevator lobbies, specially the 6th floor the walls are scuffed scratched and makes the place look unkept.
