|Recommended: YesGreat Property — Living heard is very comfortable and safe. The closes feeling I get to home away from home. The staff is excellent and very friendly and I enjoy the other residents that live here. I highly recommend this place
|Recommended: NoToo high of rent for amenities provided — The amount of rent for the amenities provided is not worth it. The fan in the apartment is extremely cheap. The appliances are average not stainless steel and the use of electric and water items are not efficient. Our utilities have never been this high in other comparable apartments in the area. We are extremely conscious with our use of electricity and water, yet our utilities are an expensive bill every month. The washer dryer and water heater air conditioner need to be updated and replaced with more modern and efficient products to save residents money. The parking costs are outrageous, with no guarantee of a good parking spot every night. The cost for visitors to park for the day or night is too high. We are paying a lot to live in this apartment and there really aren't many benefits for us as residents. Committing to more time here at this apartment will actually cost us more monthly our rent goes up instead of getting a discount for staying longer with your company . For being considered a luxury branded apartment, there is no luxurious features within the apartment itself. The lobby area may be nice, but that's not what I'm living in each day. Many updates need to be made in order for this to be considered a luxury apartment.

|Recommended: YesPretty good overall — The only thing that I would consider to be less than optimal is the train noise which is SUPER loud and price. Other than that, it's a pretty good place to live
|Recommended: YesWonderful pace to live — I absolutely loved my time at this apartment complex and was sad that I had to leave because of work. Meridian at Eisenhower have great facilities with an amazing staff. Community events are a nice touch which allow for meeting neighbors and enjoy the great spaces in the building.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, nice apartments, great staff. — Great location for metro and vehicle access. Metro side of complex can be noisy, so ensure that is known and negotiated with price. You do get use to it like all other noise. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance very responsive and have fixed every concern no matter how big or little. Gym is solid and nice pool if you like that kind of thing. The monthly socials are fun.
|Recommended: YesComfortable place to live. — Quiet - except for the metro. Pleasant. Clean. Not in walking distance to a full grocery store.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice, People are pleasant. Good Atmosphere — I would say, Im still here. I am hoping in the future there may be roll in showers for the people in wheelchairs as well as adjustable height cabinets A dire need to maintain independence Last but not least. Accessible gym equipment. EX a seat adjustable stationary bike for a wheel chair user and and accessible stationary erg machine for a person who does not use their legs. The sensor light in the elevator is too high for a wheelchair person. Door closes and u can't reach to wave your arm at the red light. Just a few things the ADA does not require but is needed by a wheelchair user
Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback with us. We are always happy to accept and make reasonable accommodation and modification request. With the insight you have provided, we were able to reach out to our elevator company and make an adjustment to the length of time residents have while entering the elevator. We hope that you are able to see an immediate improvement. We are also looking into options for the fitness center and are happy to discuss any other requests you may have. Thank you for your continued residency and feel free to reach out to our property manager with any other questions or concerns. Sincerely, Taryn S.
|Recommended: YesFirst class apartment -- highly recommend — I highly recommend Meridian at Eisenhower Station. The leasing office, the maintenance team, the Concierge, everyone...all top notch. I rented sight unseen and Meridian far exceeded my expectations. The location is quiet...never hear my neighbors or much outside noise. Walking distance to plenty of amenities. The apartments are really nice and spacious. The units on the front offer nice views of the Potomac River. It's also nice to be so close to the Metro 2-minute walk . Or a one minute sprint.
|Recommended: YesExcellent and Recommended — I truly enjoyed living at the Meridian at Eisenhower Station. Although there were some maintenance issues that came up throughout my stay, the maintenance team responded immediately and all of the issues were handled within the hour. A few of my favorite things about the community would be the gym, staff, location, and mail process. Overall, the quality of fixtures and building material are high. One negative thing I would say would about the apartment complex would be the noise. I live right near the courtyard, which is parallel to the metro. Although I can hear the metro, I have gotten use to it and it does not bother me anymore.
|Recommended: YesGood Location Price — I was looking to downsize and find an apartment closer to work. This met all my needs with a very reasonable price for location. Staff and tenants are very friendly and the amenities are great. If your looking for easy access to the metro in a nice area give this place a look
|Recommended: YesA great place to call home in Alexandria. — The combination of location, amenities and price all add up to great value.
|Recommended: YesI love the Meridian Eisenhower — I would tell them it's the best place to live. Staff is fabulous and they go out of their way to ensure your happiness. Move here
|Recommended: YesOut of 24 apartments I chose this one — In moving to the area I visited 24 apartment buildings 6 in Silver Spring, MD the rest mostly in Arlington Alexandria . Given a lot of time to create metrics and make a decision as I had a lot of flexibility in transitioning to a new DC office from Pennsylvania I've been living here for 3 months and would struggle to be happier. I can only provide my experience, so some of the information may be different depending on when you read this. Rent It's pricy, but compares favorably to similar options considering amenities etc... on a ft basis. Depending on your move-in dates and unit availability you may be able to find a good deal. For me, the ft here was 14 lower than any other similar option, and 32 lower than the average property I looked at. I will say that the apartment finishes were definitely on the lower end by comparison, but they are still nice and certainly nice enough to justify not paying 15-30 more. I was given an estimate of a 3-5 annual rent increase which also seemed to be typical for the area for the properties that were able to give me that information. Fees As far as fees, including application fees, amenities fees, security deposits, and move-in fees Meridian is definitely on the cheaper end. There was no amenity fee or security deposit required, and the move-in fee was applied toward my first month's rent as part of some kind of special. So all together I incurred a 50 application fee moving in the standard in the area seems to be 35- 50, and is sometimes waived if you sign a lease within 24-48 hours of touring . Parking Parking is available for 75 month in the garage 50- 100 is what I found to be typical for this area . Between the levels reserved for residents all but the entry-level I've never had an issue finding a spot. The gate garage opener is annoying and inconvenient, but it works. Unit For reference I have a 1BR with den and sunroom 943 ft . It's carpeting throughout except bathroom kitchen of course . Kitchen For me, this is one of the biggest drawbacks. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but space is a premium in general so I get it. I like to cook a lot and it's tough to do so in an efficient way in the tight space. The cabinetry is fine, the oven is electric which is unfortunately pretty standard in properties I looked . At one point I had an issue with my oven --I submitted a work order online and my oven was replaced with a new one within 24 hours. Living Room Bedroom Bathroom Den All of these spaces are fine. There's a full size washer dryer in the bathroom. Design-wise I think many light switches are in dumb places, but they mostly work. The thermostat is not programmable which is annoying, so you need to remember to change it before leaving if you want to save money. Gym If you like to lift you're going to have a join an actual gym. There are a few treadmills, a rowing machine, and maybe a bike and elliptical or two for cardio. The only free weights are dumbbells up to 50 , so even as a relatively small guy it's not enough for chest, legs, or back. They have a few assistance work machines including a lat pull down seated row station, a cable station, press machine, leg curl machine, and a few others. Again, if you want to do deadlifts, squats, and barbell presses you're going to have to join a gym living in most places. A few I visited had smith machines which would be nice in comparison no smith machine, but obviously it'd be nicer to have a squat rack or cage which I think I only had seen at 1 24 places . Other Amenities There's a club room on the 25th floor no true rooftop deck with a pool table, television and sitting areas. I haven't spent much time there, but it seems fine. There's a 4th floor courtyard area with newly added grills. There is also a pool on one of the lower roofs 12th floor , it's shallow on the order of 4' , but that's typical for apartment pools in properties I've seen. They also have a dry-cleaning service in the building. Cable Internet Comcast is your only option, which sucks because Comcast is the absolute worst. This isn't Meridian's fault though as it's an area-wide monopoly thing, but I hope this changes in the future. Utilities So far 95 Electric I keep thermostat 75-78 in summer, so I think this is very high and a possible HVAC issue , 22 Water, 22 Gas. Concierge Nothing but great for me. Always friendly, very helpful and available more hours than most other places for package pick up. Location You are a 2 minute or so walk to the metro. Whole foods is in walking distance, but it's a little bit of hike if you're carrying anything heavy. There's a Giant that's a short drive away as well. You're also in walking distance to Old Town which is great and has tons of restaurant options, but it's definitely a walk. There's a capital bikeshare right in front of the building if you want to get there a little quicker and don't feel like driving.
|Recommended: YesThis is a very nice apartment property. — I would recommend this property as clean, safe, and good amenties. Although rent is expensive, you get what you pay for.
|Recommended: YesI think it's very comfortable living here — I always tell them it's worth the rent.
